Sandra is the daughter of a 30-year Army veteran and spent much of her childhood in Germany. She came to Central Texas to attend Texas State University and graduated with a degree in Communications. She fell in love with the beauty of Central Texas and decided to make this area her home. Now a longtime resident of the area, she has navigated her children through the local school systems and the youth sports leagues, and has gained an understanding and appreciation of the diverse needs of families and individuals in the community.
